Treatment

Currently, there is no specific antiviral drug available to treat Monkeypox. However, supportive care and symptomatic treatment can alleviate the symptoms and promote recovery. The primary focus of treatment is to manage complications and prevent secondary bacterial infections. Paracetamol and anti-inflammatories may also be prescribed for pain relief.
